Sorrento

Europe - Italy - Sorrento - (1)When you think of visiting Italy, Rome, Florence, Venice and Naples all come to mind. But there is a beautiful small town on the cliffs overlooking the Bay of Naples that is worth a visit, Sorrento.

The area around Sorrento traces the roots of some ruins as far back as 600 BC. However, the city itself does not have any ruins inside its boundaries.

This in no way detracts from the historic look of this city.KONICA MINOLTA DIGITAL CAMERA
